How to Join

To join, simply submit an application through our contact form. It’s that easy!

When you join Tick Fitness and Physiotherapy, you’re not joining a gym. Instead, you’re joining an organisation that offers the safest group and personal training facilities and classes, fully supervised, and family-friendly. You also gain a support system, with members who encourage each other to achieve their fitness goals.

What to Know For Your First Visit

Your first visit will consist of a basic exercise screening form to help our trainers understand how to best guide you. Serious complications may mean you are unable to join in with some training sessions, however we will ensure you have a pathway to participation.

If you have a referral to our classes from your physiotherapist or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) we recommend you bring them along, if required.

You may be able to claim your casual visit or doctor’s physiotherapist referral through your health fund. HiCaps is available.
